Crazy paper cylinder
Very clever. Would love to have a pattern. It went too fast for me to process the information, especially on the tape placement. I'm trying to get the grandkids interested.

Use cardboard
I saw this today and made one this evening, but all I had was normal paper. The video goes a bit fast, so I couldn't always see where to stick the tape, but I managed in the end. It's great fun to play with, but I'll use cardboard next time, since the paper indents quite easily.
