This is an old trick to psyche out enemies and amaze guests. Seemingly, pepper and water combine to create a forceful flame. Thanks to garageband for music. Note: No video editing was used in this video.

It's no water at all. Look at the viscosity of the "water" beneath the can in second 14. It will not flow to a bigger puddle. the red/rose flame of the "pepper" is typical for this reaction, after this first step of redoxreaction the second step starts with a green coloured flame. its something like that: 14 KMnO4 4 C3H5(OH)3 --> 7 K2CO3 7 Mn2O3 5 CO2 16 H2O HEAT *fake*

agree with haqqedulle, it's an old trick, keep an eye on the viscosity of the fluid that is being poured, it's too thick to be water. it's obviously glycerine. common volcano trick in school projects using glycerine and potassium permanganate to make that reaction.
