      You are only doing 2 sets of 15 reps. 1 rep with be doing the left leg, the right leg, and the jump squat.

    I went through the leg excercizes and like half of the others and my legs are SO sore and have been for the last two days

    Once they feel a little better I'm gonna keep trying this excericise cause I can tell it really works the leg muscles
