Telephone Operator is the story of telephone company workers beset by terrible flooding! Using the breathtaking footage of the real Ohio and Tennessee Valley floods as an exciting backdrop, the story centers around the operator Helen. Helen is played by the accomplished and beautiful Judith Allen who is pursued by the linesmen who are out in the stormy weather.
