I got it in 4 moves.
Move 1: SGsgs to sgsSG
Move 2: sGSsg to GSs_sg
Move 3: gss_SG to SGgss
Move 4: sggSS to SSsgg

with obvious the capital letters being moved.

  It looks like its a little easier to follow. The 5 move method might be better just because it is more complicated to follow and repeat. Maybe use the 4 move as a follow up if someone is able to do it in 5. Challenge them double or nothing to do it in 4.

  Therre's no space where you are proposing to put the coins on your second move. You can only fill a space created by moving coins in a normal move.
