i dont use PS CS. but i use 7.0.
i do as you say but when save it.
my GIFS moves really slow.

ImageReady
...is discontinued from Adobe so I guess it's time to make a new tutorial. Adobe CS3 sux since it can only load ~1000 images/frames.

  I don't plan on getting the CS3 suite any time soon so making a new tutorial would be a bit difficult. However, I imagine that many people still have older versions of Photoshop and this tutorial still teaches the concept of converting videos into still images that should transpose to other similar programs fairly easily. Regardless, thanks for the feedback and that's interesting and dissapointing that Adobe discontinued ImageReady.
