    i would like to further my research but dont have the funding, thus i am trying to get money for supplies to further my research and my goal is to run a car on HHO GAS efficiently but i need to receive some producer rewards so i can fund this experiment and further fund my research to make greener with pollution reversing combustion engines!     Actually it is not only a hydrogen generator since you’re getting a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen,
    On order to get them separated you will need to increase the distance between the poles and use two conic parts
    Or you can even use two jars but in this case you will need bridge connection between the jars

    Does any part of your electrodes corrode? I've used just about everything and can't find one that doesn't rust and that's even including nickle plated guitar strings too! Please tell me the answer to that.

    You dont show where the poles are going to. I'm sure that you may use a DC voltage generator with variable DC output. Ok. But what frequency you use?

    • I have seen these videos that use a car ...

      and draw the power from the autos 12 volt system or a 12 volt batery charger or a power supply for dc because you dont need 12 volts. Its called Browns Gas and the product is HHO. no pulse no frequency.

    • This is a small generator...

      It only consumes less than half an amp... thus you dont have much production of hydrogen, so you can use a laptop charger, which only puts out abt half an amp or less... but if you'd want to build a generator that produces more hydrogen, you'd need to make bigger more number of plates and need to use a car battery charger to bench test. which would be anywhere from 6 to 100 ampere, the higher amp ones will have an amp gauge in it, they are a lil pricey but hey! if u want 2 do the experiment, u can with proper observation at the end of every experiment! btw we had an alternate energy conference here in Nashua, NH, me and a friend demo'd a hydrogen generator at the meet, it was small, a lott of solar ideas, but we were the only ones with hydrogen generator, to pump hydrogen gas via the intake manifold in2 a car engine and use electronics to tune down the gasoline flow into the engine...     This is a good idea, and i used it ,but on a bigger scale.. i put 6 posative and 6 negative. i connected the six by drilling a 1/8 hole in the end and put a 1/8 machine screw by 11/2 ... produced amazing amounts of hydrogen... a 1/4 tea spoon of baking soda helps the (bubbling)....

    the product of this electrolysis from water is hydrogen and oxygen. hydrogen comes out of the cathode side and oxygen comes out of the anode side. hydrogen is generated more and it is evident from it's chemical name H2O. the hydrogen produced is twice more than the oxygen.

    In this experiment, the did not actually separate the hydrogen gas from oxygen. instead, hydrogen and oxygen are still present but in gaseous form.

    Very well done, very resourceful. However, how are you seperating your oxygen from your hydrogen? In 9th grade chemistry we build one out of clear tubing, positive electrode on one side, negative on the other, since hydrogen and oxygen are of opposite polarities, they branch into their separate tubes, put a couple of cheap gas valves on the top to release the gases (Into balloon, tank, w/e) and you've got it. We used a 6v lantern battery for ours, but I like the idea of using a dc converter.

    That is an EXTREMELY AWESOME IDEA!!! Using some soap in the bubbler so you can contain hydrogen away from the regular air because since its such a light element that it will disperse in the air quickly and the bubbles are the BEST way of preventing that!! 5 STARS, I WISH I COULD GIVE YOU MORE!!

    but also O2 and since u add salt. theres also Cl2 produced thru hydrolysis. note that the salt water turned brownish after u power it up. dont stay too close to that. Cl2 will kill u xD.
