  If you notice, the ceiling is visible in the first picture, yet is not visible in the second.
  Clearly demonstrating that this is in fact that the second picture is taken closer to him then the first.
  
  Thats not to say that he is completely faking this or something because it is clear that he has lost weight, but if your going to take a serious comparison of before and after shots you need to be consistent.

  He has more muscular definition in his back and shoulders so he stands up straight more that's why he looks taller.

- Look closely at the scond photo set

Thats weird
In the left photo the floor seems to be higher up but, still in the second photo you seem to be taller by more than a few inches. Did you find a excersise to make you grow inches? or is this some type of muscle growth optical illusion?
