      the mother was probably sick or had STD, thats when babies like this are born, but they usually die after birth ... i agree with Dudik, it will be very hard for the child later ... i dont think he will be able to speak or hear or anything ... so sad :(

    This particular defomation is called, harlequin disease I think. I have heared of this before, and that baby fits the description quite well, except for the fact that its skin looks smooth. Most harlequin babys have skin that is very cracked, mostly into the shape of diamonds.

      That would be a comic book scenario of radiation poisoning, not realistic at all. Just look at the way the mother is transfixed with the baby, hypnotised. I've never seen a mother look at a child in such a way. That is not the mother. Birth "defects" are common in Old World Countries, because these places have older blood lines that date back to different animal kingdoms (found in ancient artwork from anywhere in the world). Like tails, fur over the whole body, etc... This can be proven by looking at the facial features of people who still have knowlege of what tribes/animals they descended from.

    Yeah, this is a rare disorder that occures in children- it is not severe so the baby will live for a while- but the babies are actually born inside out. They only normally live for a few hours. It is very sad

      You're a f*****g idiot. Nobody believes you. I noticed someone above mention harlequins disease after some research I can say with 99% confidence that this baby has harlequin ichthyosis. And not a mild case of it at that.
      Due to a genetic mutation the skin is extra thick. This baby has the highly characteristic eyes, mouth and hands of a baby with this very rare disorder, usualy it would have fissured skin due to cracking, but this baby seems to have none or little cracking.
