On November 23, 2007, I along with 409 other passengers aboard the Ferry Giorgios found ourselves stuck on a ship that was not moving.

After leaving the main port of the Island of Aegina, near Athens the ship ran aground on a Rock (according to PRADDA) or according to the crew a sand bar
