My First Ever Tutorial -how To Make A Simple Transparent Border

Steps
Notes- I had to re-record at the middle, sorry about that.
Also make sure your design
Make sure you work on a transparent file.
1)Flatten the image
2)Create a new layer ( CTRL + SHFT + N)
3) Move the main layer to the top.
4) Click on the eraser tool
5) Click on the brushes and choose a good one ( not like me I didnt have any good ones on this computer) Vector works vest, I used ~CF-ColdFire 's vector brush and VanillaSky's splatter brush both of deviantart.
6) Simply start clicking on where you want to delete with the brush, try to use a pattern..
7) Save as GIF or PNG.
8) Enjoy!
