    wtf is egg subsidue!? try my recipe i got from u!! gently heat up milk and wip cream, add 6 pieces of cadbury chocolate and vanilla and blend makes a good drink!!!

      Because you arent cooking it you use egg substitute so you dont get salmonella poisoning. If you notice you dont really cook anything. You just heat the milk a little and then blend it all together and chill it.

      As for the half and half, its thicker than milk so you get a thicker pudding.
