I would have been impressed if he did it on a bridge with NO ELEVATION on the sides. If you notice, on both sides of the bridge there is a slight elevation. So the driver could FEEL the tires touching it or going over it everytime.

It's not a toy macro shooting. It's from a German TV series called 'Wetten Dass... ( Let's bet that....') where several countries in europe participate. Prominent people participate, where they bet on 'weird people' from all over Europe do things and stunts if they can do it or not or whatever feat they propose be able in ddoing so within given time fraqmes. Proceeds go to charities usually. By the way, this was a GERMAN bus driver!
