TISSOT REWARDED THE TOP 10 NASCAR® NEXTEL CUP SERIES DRIVERS AND 2007 NASCAR® NEXTEL CUP SERIES CHAMPION JIMMIE JOHNSON WITH DYNAMIC TIMEPIECES

Swiss watch brand Tissot, the Official Timekeeper and Official Watch for NASCAR®, continued to show its strong affiliation to the world of motorsports and participated once again in NASCAR's Victory Lap on Wednesday, November 28th, when NASCAR's top 10 drivers drove their stock cars through New York City's Times Square. Following Victory Lap, Tissot took part in the watch presentation at the Hard Rock Café ¡nd awarded the top 10 NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series drivers each with an engraved PRS516 NASCAR 2007 Limited Edition watch. Jimmie Johnson won ten races in 2007 and is the NEXTEL Cup Series champion for the second year in a row. A new tradition has started as he was bestowed with a unique timepiece from Tissot. This year he was presented with the Bridgeport which is steeped in the finest of Swiss watch making traditions and features an 18K Gold bezel, chronograph, and decorated rotor.
