I can't speak to the question of if they plagerized it - but it wouldn't surprise me.
go to youtube and search honda commercial to watch a honda accord commercial i have seen a few times that is one big rube goldberg machine using only parts from honda accords (except for the ramps obviously). i have read that it cost a few million to make, took 700+ tries, and used parts from 4 (not sure) accords. don't ask me how the wheels roll up i can only guess that it is there momentum but it is completely real.
