    I think Ovechkin is the best player EVER to come out of Russia...what a phenom he is...he is a pure goal scorer just like Ilya Kovalchuk and Dany Heatley just name a few...and this kid is only going to get better...he's the man...and 1 of my favourite players

    I have to agree I love russian players skill, and Ovechkin is VERY good.

    But most incredible goal? Nah, he just played the puck as long as he could and he was lucky it went in. Skill, of course, it is very nice goal. But you have to agree there is many great goals that we have seen, and this just isn't the most incredible one ;)

    Search for the Maxim Afinogenov goal, now there is more skill than luck. :)

    I have to say russian hockey is really good, Wow Ovechkin amazes me. I would've loved to seen Crosby win Rookie of the year, but Ovechkin earned it.
