does not work
on the phones in Poland, besides isn't it the network which decides which phone calls are free to make and which are not. I would understand maybe if this allowed you to enter a phone number, which can then be dialled after taking the sim card out (as it is with the emergency 112 or in some countries 911 numbers)

- tried it on several nokia
  phones both old an new (friend has a used cell phone shop), and it didn't work on any of them. Besides once you say in your video that it will work on most modern nokia phones, then you say it works only on old phones - lack of consequence, maybe we should try this on a BS-5000 phone? :)

  What country are you from, I think that besides the phone such function can (or rather should ) be network-specific.
