The poles say they didn't know the Jews were being systematically exterminated during the Holocaust. I would believe them, except they were living next to the death camps.

    Not to defend anybody but the point yu are making by showing houses that where built after the holocaust does not proof anything. It happened more than 62 years ago. None of the houses on the video are that old

      The point is that Lublin is right next to Majdanek, with thousands of people being brought there by train, killed and cremated (think about all that smoke), there is no way "they didn't know".

      Also, some of the houses here are from that time, and you can even see a white building where the director of the camp lived with his family.

      The director of the camp was German not Polish (duh). And even if those people who were IN THE DIRECT VICINITY OF THE CAMP did know what could they have done? Also, it wasn't as if every single Polish person was right next to a camp, in comparison to the total population of Poland there was only a small amount of people next to the camp.

      Besides, you're ignoring Poles like Jan Karski.
