This short film will show you how you can bypass a web filter witout using a proxy. An increasing number of proxy sites are being blocked so to unblock websites we must turn to alternate methods. You could use the ip address, but then the webpage becomes deformed.
You will notice in the video i refer to a text to hex encrypter, make sure its hex for url.
