This is an easy way to speed up windows literally takes 30 seconds! Just go to run type msconfig and hit enter now go to startup now disable some or most of these now enjoy as windows speeds up

  Type MSCONFIG in RUN and then hit the STARTUP tab and disable some that you don't need like itunes(if you have an ipod) and just some other things

i can't read that crap you need to either, zoom in, or reencode the video.
also this isn't something new theres 8 videos out that include msconfig.
