just rap the cord around your arm and then plug in the 2 ends. much faster

But, find the middle of your cord mark with tape or paint. Start from middle to wind up. Then when you only need a short length , thats all you undo!

I agree, her voice was annoying as carrot top without his props. That being said, the vid was kinda cool although it would be much easier to hold one end in your hand and coil the rope from palm to elbow then wrap the last 2 feet around the coils... faster and works just as well.

Hey man. I've been using this for years.
If you do it right you can, you can start at the plug end and only undo what you need, instead of un-looping the whole thing. Nice video.

The configuration is generally referred to as a daisy chain and is more commonly used with rope. You see it in theater and stage rigging often. The problem with the wire is that it is not very pliable and ends up being quite large

But it seems only logical to do with something thinner than an extension cord. The cord is quite easy to untangle if needed, and the time spent looping the cord over and over again instead of just wrapping it like normal wouldn't really be worth it. Plus, a simple wrapping takes a lot less space than a series of loops.
