    I think what you are doing could be good. But just a few pointers.
    More Practice before filming.
    Avoid the same words too many times. I.e constitution.
    Watch the news. Desk should be lower or chairs higher.
    Shorten it. Its too long, and will easily bore people.
    Makeup. Its ok to use it on TV. It does not make you a fairy.

    Please don't take this in a negetive way. These are just some tips that I fell will help. Feel free to disregard them, but what you have may be really good with a little work. Keep doing it and you will find that your confidence will grow as you feel more confident at speaking at a camera. Best of luck.
