use DLD , it's a download manager you can put multi-parts you ever have to use proxy cause it does it for you has IE / Firefox browser integration

- this is useful
  particulary if you are using wi-fi, and you are far from your router, also it is faster, because you dont reset your conection, just your ip.
  just 4 seconds or less.
