This is a timelapse video of the Thunder Over Louisville 2007 fireworks display in Louisville, Kentucky. Taken from the top of a skyscraper in Downtown Louisville, this video compresses 30 minutes of fireworks madness into just over 4 minutes!

what camera did you use to shoot the time lapse sequence - regular SLR or a video camera?

  It was a video camera - Sony VX2000 to be exact. I shot it at regular speed and did the speedup in Adobe After Effects.
