If you are a beginner, you can start with regular pushup, bodysquat, lat pulldown with a fitness band, and reverse lunges.

By Lou-e 1197429616I actually do NOT recommend using any weights for beginners because it is extremely tough. Try it using ONLY your body weight. Then, you can slowly build it up with lighter weights.
