    Well what if i can't quite do the push ups and clap? I can maybe do 10, but not do them for 20 seconds...

    Other thing i don't have a pole to make pull ups can i just do the lateral bench press(I got a machine in my room)?

      If you are a beginner, you can start with regular pushup, bodysquat, lat pulldown with a fitness band, and reverse lunges.

      I actually do NOT recommend using any weights for beginners because it is extremely tough. Try it using ONLY your body weight. Then, you can slowly build it up with lighter weights.
