    salt and pepper - pfft..

    this is the worst turkey recipe ever!

    for a nice (and tangy) turkey, do the following:

    prepare turkey as per instructions here

    cover turkey in mayonaise (makes it moist) - do this under the skin

    inject with lemon juice (lot's of it)

    inject with italian dressing (lot's of it)

    melt a stick of butter in microwave
    mix with a ton of california (coarsley cut) garlic salt

    inject this conconction into bird

    add sliced oranges on top

    cook in bag on low heat (300 is great) for a few hours
    baste constantly

    yummy
