We normally use brandy,Tia Maria and Grande Marnier in measured quantities so the taste is always the same and the first thing we do is to wet the glass with a little lemon juice evenly around the rim.Excessive flaming will burn off all the alcohol and will heat the glass to law suit lip burning temperatures.The whipped cream should be decorated [your choice] and the glass wrapped with a napkin.
