        unfortunately, it takes a lot of electricity to separate the hydrogen and oxygen, which is why it isn't done more. but the solar panel its self is great, i know some of my friends actually sell power back to their power supplier for a discount on their energy bill.

      i assumed that the batteries were doin the process of electrolysis, and the hydrogen and the ozygen produced dissolved in the water, and made the water light up.

      ohh mate...in electrolysis, not only hydroden is produced, also oxygen at the other cathode, however, the ratio of h2 to o2 is 2 to 1.

      Under the right conditions, salt water can burn when exposed to radio waves. And can burn at temperatures up to 3000 degrees Fahrenheit.
      So, please don't say that is the only way to burn water.

        I know there was a scientist that was researching a cure for cancer and in the process he happened to put a test tube of water in front of his radio wave generator and found out that water does release a massive amount of hydrogen and you can ignite it. But at least i didnt pour in a shot of everclear(190 proof vodka) in a cup and light it and say it was drinking water and tried to get views from people that i did not deserve! I feel that metacafe is a source of education almost like talking to a friend about something new that you may have tried and you thought it was interesting. I feel as all metacafe members and viewers are friends and you should too!

            right on, i like what you are doing, i had an idea of how water can burn by using the electrosis, hydrogen is highly famable but is only two atoms for each molecule (H2O) two of H and 16 of O, the only way separate them is by this method, atoms are energy and energy breaks up the bounds, while hydrogen is apart from the oxigen is easy to burn, in fact exploud, that's why you got those little explossions, very short, but they were there.

                                        Is that the video you are referencing has already earned almost 2,000 dollars from the Producer rewards program. Yes, it may be a fake video, but damn was it a profitable one. This sends the message to Metacafe users that they can just make stuff up to make money; they don't need to post real videos. Your efforts are noble, and I love the idea of hydrogen fuel, but honestly, I don't think this will make much difference.

                                            Keep working on the fuel cells. Might want to work on micro desalination / distillary unit to break down ocean water into distilled water for hydrogen fuel cells. If 2/3 of the world is ocean it seems to me that it would make sense to use it for fuel. Especially since after the hydrogen is burned off your left with water as a byproduct. That water is then evaporated back into clouds and through evaporation the hydrogen in the atmosphere would re seed the water molecules with fresh hydrogen. Wouldn't it? Of course you would also have a saline deposit somewhere you would have to do something with. Well anyway food for thought.

                                                              It's pretty obvious that there is a cut in the video at 1:31 when you are hooking up the "cell". Coming out of the cut the water goes from clear to cloudy before the wires are hooked up. Looks scammy to me.
