WELL, appearantly since its australian
and theyre so against the series, I think he wants us to see that the guns arent firing bullets? I mean I'm hearing empty clip clicks when they are attempting to shoot....is anyone else? maybe thats the difference..

  Tommy Vercetti is Italian - NOT white - i guess its got less to do with race and more to do with crime mafias. Let's face it: white boys, not latina, mexicans or italian...but wimpy white boys dont make good gang material. Prolly thats why they are not featured.
