Video tutorial on how to get rid of those annoying balloon 'tips' in windows vista.

Instuctions:

1. Go to start then 'start search'
2. Type gpedit.msc
3. Expand 'user configuration' then 'administrative templates'
4. Find 'remove balloon tips for.....'
5. Right click then go to properties
6. Check the circle 'enable'
7. Apple then ok.
