  No, its like putting lighter fluid on wood. It only helps ignite the gas. It burns at over 800 feet per second and the shockwave from that alone mixes everyting. Im not selling anything either... You should read some books on the subject, or better yet try doing it. Granted it takes 5% btu value of the fuel for true hydrogen charcterized combustion, but this small amound really does help al lot.
