A Simple high efficiency HHO electrolyzer. This design is simple and and can be mad at home. It produces a lot of gas per watt. It is on "par" with commercial browns gas torches. Here you get to see the cell being assembled. You can increase the fuel mileage of your car with this simple device. This was designed to run on baking soda at 4 volts per cell, but double the number of plates and you can use lye and increase efficiency. Using a 80 uF capacitor in series with an inverter this cell runs in my car. The caps limits current and prevents thermal run away. Nothing fancy. Keeping is Simple!
The stainless was cut using my home made plasma cutter. It was able to get 4 foot by 8 foot sheets of stainless from a local supplier, bur MSC supply has many types and sizes for a little more.
If someone used a HHO Generator for their car, what about corrosion around the intake/exhaust valves and pistons? Over time the water vapor would start to corrode them if they're not stainless steel.

By david1951 1212721667 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveYes, its all off the shelf cheap stuff. Its only 4 inches, because I could not find a source for larger cpvc. On youtube there is a vid of a guy that took my idea and made a very small stacked cell in layers. Perfect for cars. Look up Scarecrow Labs on youtube. His efficiency is lower because of the holes passing power around the plates, but the size is great!
By cheaphardwarez 1212764046 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down Removewhat was behind the decision to use AC then iverting to DC? Also was there a heat problem?
By david1951 1212721562 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveThe cells can experience thermal run away. They hotter it get the more current it pulls. The more current it pulls the hotter it gets. So the most simple off the shelf solution is to limit current using capacitors. Caps will not pass DC (for long) so AC is needed to pass a limited amount of current through the cell via the capacitors. Simple, off the shelf, cheap.

Awsome output, if we could duplicate ?
Thanks in advance !
There are no wires or connections inside the cell. Isolated series cells. Power applied only at the end plates. Also, AC or pulsed power is better because it lets the gas escape some between pulses and therefore there is less free ions to move current on each pulse. Rectified 60 hz power yields 120 hz pules. If wired directly to a car battery then internal wiring would be needed.
By cheaphardwarez 1212764216 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveDuplicate all you want. Its a commercial design used by any good commercial torch system. It was developed un-patented my eagle-research.com Though I'm sure he was not the first to use a series cell design.

By bowzer1 1205552876 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveAlso you must adjust your car computer to get the mileage otherwise it compensates for the cleaner burn by adding more gas. Methods include offsetting the oxygen sensor voltage in the + direction and adding resistance to the MAP sensor. Then the computer cuts back gas injected and S**ks more air.
By cheaphardwarez 1212763761 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveI know this is main key in fuel saving. please advise more detail. ( is it changing computer reading value, or use 02 enhancer fool the computer on O2? )
please advise.
as many of you should know, without adjusting them, it will make clean burn(gas is fully burned), and the o2 feed back to the computer, it will send more gas to engine, and it only create around 10% -15% of fuel saving, but the extra gas that sent to engine was wasted. and don't want to come around and face o2 sensor problem later.
by the way, you inject the HHO into the gas pipe or air pipe?
Doubling my millage was more that achieved. I had to also inject water vapor to prevent pinging.
You can not run a engine by standard electrolysis using current from the car altenator. The BTU value of the gas is low and would require HUGE amounts of gas. The hydrogen is just something to light the gas. It causes turblance when it burns, mixing the gas/air mixture at over 800 feet per second.. Its kind of like throwing lighter fluid on wood. The easy burning substance gets the slower burning stuff lit and going. Well, that my theory anyway.
The hydrogen should prevent pinging... you may need to adjust the timing. Keep in mind the burn efficiency of the hydrogen is much greater than gasoline alone and mixing the two together changes the burn cycle of the gasoline in your engine.
By hydrobug 1233555881 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveMan thats wicked. Just think you can use that to power your generator, power your car, lawnmower, yeah cut metal, this summer i am going to be making a HHO go-kart with a motorcycle engine.
By Evan666 1202239820 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down Removeno, not really, unless you generate it from grid power and use a scuba compressor to pressure up a bottle, then use the bottle to run the gocart.
By cheaphardwarez 1212763830 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveYou couldn't use that to power a generator, unless you were getting your energy from an outside energy source i.e. Solar energy or Harnessing wind energy.
By Pablo S. 1202951399 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveIf you have an power plant that runs on gasoline you can replace the gasoline with the HHO. I did on mine and Im powering my house with it. Trust me you can do many many MANNY things with the HHO. At least im not paying any electrical bill, and the electry company is pissed off at me because of it. And im trying to figure out other ways you could use it. Also I have a gas stove conected to an electrolyzer and I cook on it. The possibiltys are endless.

wtf do you do with it after you've built it? Great tech video, please tell me what would be good search engine words.
You can light it, put it your car, melt metals, sniff it, blow up balloons.. What ever you want... Check my other vidoes too..
By cheaphardwarez 1198963981 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveLike I said on the other video. I got build one now! If commercial coops can use that design I can too. I just have to get off my bum and do it.
