Please try this at home... Go get some sam's club water stick in the freezer and tap. In my case tapping a water bottle cause water to freeze - is it magic? No science has an explanation this is what happens when you accidentally leave several water bottles in the freezer a little too long and notice some are frozen and some are still liquid. The liquid becomes supercooled that a tap and shake is enough to instantly change its state.
