    All you have to do jason is wrap a bit of thread around the tip, It's the same idea as primitive tattoo "guns" some string to hold the the ink, surface tension gets broken when it hits the skin and guess where the ink (or in this case poison) goes. And don't forget, Malaria, Ebola and many more diseases are very difficult to get your hands on. Let's see, we could use ricin though the 6th most poisonous chemical compound known to man. It takes only a microgram of this stuff to screw you up. But where would we get it....well I won't be apart of your crime spree Mr. Joker!

    deadly? I don't think so. "Dangerous" would even be a stretch. The needle can't penetrate deep enough to hit any vital organ, and a needle won't put a big enough hole in a blood vessel to do any damage. The only way this could really cause trouble would be if you were lucky enough to put it in an eye (in which case theyll probably just get really angry) or cover it in poison (tetanus from feces comes to mind, but that will take days and works only if the person hasn't been immunized recently. Plus, I'm not too keen on putting feces anywhere near my mouth.) Good effort though.

      This little weak looking pin dart only needs to draw blood to deliver,,, say,, a,,,.. blood borne virus, insect venom, snake venom, poisons found in many house hold plants. ect.. ect... ect...

      Mosquito stingers are quite small and fragile. But malaria, dengue, yellow fever, EEE, LAC, SLE, WEEE, West Nile virus (WNV).. dont care about that,,
      IN FACT: over one million people die from mosquito bites or (superficial topical dermal penetration) every year
      This little dart is like a bullet with out the powder.. Thin about it...

      how are you gonna get a hold of said virus? Do you wanna play around with a needle tipped with that, risk sticking yourself, and put it near your mouth? As far as insect, snake, or plant venom, the pin has no reservior to hold the poison. The most you could do is dip the pin in it, and that's not gonna be enough of most natural toxins to do anything but cause some local irritation.
