This animation was done by hand in a box with backlit sand. The title 'Hand of Face' is a play on the phrase 'hand of fate.' Contrary to the assignment, it was done in one sitting with no prior planning or storyboards, but it came together in a very meaningful and creepy, coincidental sort of way.
