      2002 was extremely boring, just look at the teams that made it to the top spots, none of them were the best of the world at the time (not even Brazil, before you can start talking)

      South Korea my ass!!, so OK they have improved a lot, but not enough to get to 4th place, oh, that´s right they lost it to Turkey, who hasn´t even won anything else since then

      I can honestly say that I think it was rigged, that´s why it was made in Japan. You see, the World Cup to most footballers is a matter of Europe vs America (not north and south like they teach little american kids, the whole thing) and so far they are both equally matched, but say, the 98 world cup was kinda crappy also, funnyly enough France won with like 5 french players in their team (research it, at the time almost all players were borne elsewhere) why? most pobably french and Platini´s lobbying on the FIFA´s commitee, so... Brazil deserves the cup but France´s gonna get it, what do we do next? trust Brazil´s in shape for the next one, give it to it an run it in a place no one will complain if they lose: Asia.

      Oddly enough, even though Germany played like crap in 2002 it got to the finals and Kahn lost them single handed, so, you think he got bashed and stuff right? No, he got the equivalent of the MVP in a World Cup

      as seen on the Confederations Cup, Beckenbauer is just everywhere, I wouldn´t be surprised if the finals where Germany - Brazil, Germany - Argentina and such

      World Cup is definitely not rigged. '98 was not rigged. 2006 is not going to be rigged. But I agree with everyone that '02 totally sucked.

      First of all, Netherlands didn't qualify, and that kept one of the most colorful sides ever out of the tournament. I would have gladly traded Ireland for Bergkamp

      Second, since lady luck was not on the side of either France, Portugal, or Argentina (the real quarterfinal should've been France, Portugal, Argentina, Brazil, England, Spain, and two other surprise-package teams) and so they crashed-out of the tournament early, leaving amateurish teams (I'm not saying they're bad now, but back then they were considered terrible) such as Korea, USA, and Senegal. NOne of these teams were quarterfinal quality, and I must admit, neither was Brazil nor Germany. Just plain boring 1-0 games all the time.

      Third, everything was in Korea and Japan so I had to wake up at 4:00 to catch a glimpse of the action. Poor decision by FIFA to stage a four-year thing there.

      And lastly, Ronaldo and his retarded patch of hair. Wtf was that supposed to be?

      So...ladies and gentlemen, let us hope that 2006 will be a blast. 5 goals a game, magnificent plays, emotional exits, drama, controversy, all that good stuff.

    Henry is better in games honestly. the video wasn't as impressive as others i've seen with ronaldinho and others, but Henry is still the best on the pitch, with professional defenders... which those are clearly not.
