What was your reaction to protestors during the Gulf War or Vietnam?
I always hated the protestors.
I always hated the protestors. It was just a slap in my face.
It was just like they were dishonoring my son.
And I burned in my soul to tell them, "You don't understand.
They're not there because they wanna be there."
But then I came to understand they weren't protesting the men...
...and women there. They were protesting the concept of the war.
I know I'm a soldier, and I'm here to do a job.
