barbed-wire fence along the coast.

through the fence in hope of electrocuting Godzilla to death.
We will have to evacuate the people
along the coast, of course,
and maintain a safe distance of 500 meters
from the entire fence perimeter.
The Coast Guard and the Army will work
to implement this defense plan.
