Despite hazardous conditions air rescue support is being called in
but those in need of rescue far outnumber available resources
leaving many stranded on rooftops
The figures from Wick show the current death toll at 21. Another 15 are missing.
We can expect those numbers to rise.
We're still waiting for reports from further along the coast.
The Prime Minister is calling in from Australia in ten minutes.
So I need to know why we had no warning.
