We are in a barber's shop in the outskirts of the city.
Inside the owner, in order to entartain the customers of various social classes, will hold full of commonplaces conversations, each one with a thesis that is the opposite of the former one.
In this profusions of words, alwayas with the radio speaker in the background, the Barber's madness suddendly bursts forth: he murders the unlucky customer and his wife afterwards.
A mysterious applause breaks out putting an end to everything…
