Actor Martin Sheen, star of the series "The West Wing," was on Capitol Hill Tuesday to testify in support of drug courts. Sheen did not mention his son actor Charlie Sheen, who has had drug abuse problems, and joked "I'm not former president of the United States, though I played one on TV."
