In an interview with CBS News political analyst John Dickerson Friday, former ambassador to NATO under President George W. Bush, Professor Nicholas Burns said the administration and its allies' problem in Libya is the "contradiction between rhetoric and the fuzziness of what the end state is." He also said if U.S. wants to see Qaddafi go, Obama will have to apply military pressure.
