Hurricane Irene became a tropical storm as it passed over the New York City and Long Island areas. Byron Pitts reports from on the scene in Long Beach, N.Y., where the storm surge is rising to flood levels.
The premise of a startup in northern California is to put your car to work, while you take a vacation. Travelers can leave their cars at the airport and visitors then can rent them for a minimal daily rate. "Flightcar" doesn't promise a payout, but if you leave your car you don't have to pay for parking. Julie Watts reports.
