    I don't recommend doing Arms every day.
    It's best to allow your muscles a day or two to recover when you use free weights.

    You overtrain when you don't give your muscles enough time to repair and I do not want anyone to get injured or be in pain from any of the exercises.

    If you're new to using free weights, 3 times a week is a great start. :)
    Take your time, and in about one month I'm sure you're see and feel results.
