"Heaven Can Wait" is a pop song by German singer Sandra. It was released in May 1988 as the lead single from the album Into a Secret Land.

This album was produced by Michael Cretu. It reached #14 in Germany, #18 in Norway, #22 in Sweden, #13 in Austria and #9 in Switzerland.

The song was a top ten hit in Israel (#2), Austria (#4) and France (#6).

However, it had no success in the UK where it peaked only at #97. In France, the song was the fourth and last silver disc for Sandra.
