This song is an old single of a great Ukrainian Folk-Rock band, V.V. (Vopli Vidoplyasova). It was very popular in Ukraine back in 1997, and it still is. The band combining Ukrainian folk music with rock and other styles, and as a result they create very unique music.
Leader of the band, Oleg Skrypka, has his solo albums as well, and they are pretty good too.
