This is a quick video on how to Download Videos off YouTube without the need of extra applications or programs or other web site other than YouTube itself. With the use of Safari.

You can likely do this on Windows and Safari but I haven't tried yet.

**If you are using Mac you can download 'Perian' - http://perian.org/ this lets you watch FLV videos and heaps of other file formants.

Note for YouTube:
If you are watching a standard video it will be get_video, if you are watching a high quality video it will be videoplayback (either should be the largest file in the list of activities)

If the video doesn't download, instead loads up as a code, just save the page as 'page source' and rename it in Finder (through Get Info)
