I know the history of football goes way way back to like the late 1800's...and the Cowboys were originally from Missouri...I think? Not sure. Anyways, I respect all of the known great teams...Skins, 49ers, Bears, Packers, so I ain't trying to give you grief, but I think the Cowboys at least deserve some respect as being one of the greatest franchises in the NFL.

    They got the exposure and this one producer for NFL films noticed there were Cowboys fans at road games as a result... So there he named them America's Team for this one segment they made....

    And Dallas fans take it to mean so much more...
