    How often do you see CEOs accepting their own mistakes and making a plea to customers to improve their service? Too bad the great majority of corporate executives are not like David Neeleman. Try getting in contact with the customer service of the average large company and you will be immediatly put on hold for an hour just to be given some some lame excuse and be told that the company will not be taking any responsibility.

    Jetblue is the best airline! I took it for granted until I flew another low cost airline, Airtran, over New Year's. 4 flights in a row, disaster on all of them. Never again! Everyone makes mistakes, they are SO much more reliable than others. This stuff happens to every airline, it happens much less often with Jetblue.
