  • My grandmother ...

    My grandmother passed away on Sunday 21st December 2008 after a battle with liver cancer. She only found out 6 weeks ago and went through so much pain and fear. She is free from that now and this song just makes me think of her so much even though she has only just left us. RIP Nan, I love you xxx
